St. Robert CHS Annual Winter Coding Contest: Problem 1

Christmas day demands early planning. This year, your family has made you in charge of Christmas music!

With your Bose Soundlink Revovle+ speaker, you can play Christmas jingles at varying loudness. But to determine exactly what loudness to play it at, you need to consult the rest of your family.

Your parents, wishing for a more relaxful and cozy Christmas, would prefer that the volume is at most \(P\).
However, your siblings, thoroughly excited for Christmas day, would prefer that the volume is at least \(S\).

As DJ, can we find a volume that satisfies both our parents and our siblings?

Input Specification

The first line contains the integer \(P\).
The second line contains the integer \(S\).
\(1 \le P, S \le 100\)

Output Specification

On one line, either print YES or NO.

Our parents would prefer that the volume is at most 7. Our siblings would prefer that the volume is at least 4.
For example, we can play our Christmas music at volume 5 (volumes 4, 6, 7 also work).
